Road to Black Friday Giveaway: Official Rules

Winners are contacted ONLY by direct message from @applestoatlastravel. We never ask for payment, card numbers, or outside links.

1. SPONSOR. Apples to Atlas Travel, an Independent Agency in the Avoya Travel Network (Danielle McSweeney), [email protected] ("Sponsor"). This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta.

2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase or travel booking will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

3. ELIGIBILITY. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older at time of entry. Sponsor, Danielle McSweeney, and members of their immediate families and households are not eligible.

4. SERIES & ENTRY PERIODS. The "Road to Black Friday" Giveaway Series consists of four (4) separate weekly giveaways, each with its own entry period, Instagram post, and drawing. All times Central Time (CT):

- Week 1: Oct 30, 2026 (time of post) – Nov 5, 2026, 11:59 PM CT. Drawing on or about Nov 6, 2026.

- Week 2: Nov 6, 2026 (time of post) – Nov 12, 2026, 11:59 PM CT. Drawing on or about Nov 13, 2026.

- Week 3: Nov 13, 2026 (time of post) – Nov 19, 2026, 11:59 PM CT. Drawing on or about Nov 20, 2026.

- Week 4: Nov 20, 2026 (time of post) – Nov 26, 2026, 11:59 PM CT. Drawing on or about Nov 27, 2026; winner announced Nov 27, 2026 (Black Friday).

Entries do not carry over between weeks; enter each week on that week's giveaway post.

5. HOW TO ENTER. During a week's entry period, on that week's giveaway post on Instagram (@applestoatlastravel): (a) follow @applestoatlastravel; (b) like the post; (c) comment with your dream destination = one (1) entry. Bonus: each different friend you tag in a qualifying comment earns one (1) additional entry, up to three (3) tagged friends per comment. Tagged friends must be real accounts (no brand, fake, or bot accounts). Limit: five (5) comments per person per week. Your Instagram account must be public during the entry period so we can verify entries. Comments that are offensive, spam, or violate Instagram's terms are void.

6. WINNER SELECTION. For each week, one (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries for that week using a random comment-picker tool, on or about the drawing date above. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received that week.

7. LIMIT: ONE WIN PER PERSON ACROSS THE SERIES. A person (and Instagram account) may win only one (1) prize across the entire four-week series. If a prior winner is drawn in a later week, an alternate will be drawn.

8. NOTIFICATION. Winners will be announced in the @applestoatlastravel Instagram Story and contacted ONLY by direct message from the official @applestoatlastravel account. We will never ask you to pay a fee, give a credit card or bank number, or click an outside link to claim a prize. Beware of fake/look-alike accounts; report them to Instagram. A winner must reply to the DM within 48 hours with a U.S. shipping address, or the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn.

9. PRIZES. One (1) prize per week:

- Week 1: One (1) custom cruise shirt (ARV $20) plus a travel goodie bag (ARV $30): luggage tags, a toiletry kit, two (2) cruise lanyards, and five (5) rubber ducks to hide on your next cruise. Approximate retail value (ARV): $50 ($20 + $30).

- Week 2: One (1) custom cruise shirt (ARV $20) plus a "Packing Pro" kit (ARV $30): a packing cubes set, a TSA-approved clear toiletry bottles kit, and a portable luggage scale. Approximate retail value (ARV): $50 ($20 + $30).

- Week 3: One (1) custom cruise shirt (ARV $20) plus a "Cruise Comfort" kit (ARV $30): magnetic cabin hooks, a waterproof phone pouch on a lanyard, and an insulated cruise tumbler. Approximate retail value (ARV): $50 ($20 + $30).

- Week 4 (Black Friday finale): One (1) custom cruise shirt (ARV $20), a "Black Friday Getaway Kit" (ARV $30): a travel neck pillow, an eye mask and earplugs set, and a cruise-safe portable power bank, plus one (1) $50 Visa gift card (ARV $50). Gift card subject to issuer's terms and conditions; not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Approximate retail value (ARV): $100 ($20 + $30 + $50).

- Every week's prize includes one (1) custom cruise shirt made by Danielle McSweeney: one adult or youth shirt in a U.S. size chosen by the winner, with a personalized design chosen by Sponsor with the winner's input. Please allow approximately two (2) weeks after the winner provides size and design details for the shirt to be made before shipping.

Total ARV of all prizes: $250. Prizes ship free to a U.S. address. No cash or substitution, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an item is unavailable. Prizes are not transferable. Item colors/styles may vary. Any taxes are the winner's responsibility.

10. GENERAL. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with entry, uses fake accounts or automation, or violates these rules, and may modify, suspend, or cancel any week of the series if it cannot run as planned, selecting from eligible entries received before that time. By entering, entrants agree to these rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may share a winner's Instagram handle in a Story or post announcing the winner.

11. RELEASE. By entering, entrants release Sponsor, Avoya Travel, Instagram, and Meta from any liability arising from participation or from receipt or use of a prize, to the extent permitted by law.

12. PRIVACY. Information collected (Instagram handle; winner's name and shipping address) is used only to run this giveaway and deliver prizes, and will not be sold.

13. WINNERS LIST / QUESTIONS. Email [email protected] with subject "Giveaway Winners" within 30 days after Nov 27, 2026.

14. INSTAGRAM/META. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from all liability.
