Terms of Service

By using applestoatlastravel.com or requesting a quote from Apples to Atlas Travel, you agree to these terms.

Quotes are estimates

Any quote we send is an estimate based on the details you share and the supplier rates available at that moment. A quote is not a booking or a guarantee of price or availability until you confirm and the booking is completed with the travel supplier.

Prices and availability change

Prices, availability, and promotions are set by cruise lines, airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers. They change often and are confirmed only at the time of quote and booking.

Supplier terms apply

When you book, you are entering into the supplier’s own terms and conditions (cancellation rules, payment schedules, travel requirements, and similar policies). Please read those carefully before you book.

Planning fees

Travel advisors are typically paid by cruise lines and resorts, so in most cases you pay the same price you would find booking on your own. If any planning fee applies to your trip, Danielle will tell you up front before you book.

Our role

Apples to Atlas Travel is an Independent Agency in the Avoya Travel Network. We help you compare options and arrange travel; the suppliers provide the travel services themselves.
